Kasie Luquette Richardson obituary, Abbeville Death: Beloved Resident Has Died

Funeral services celebrating the life of Kasie Luquette Richardson, 33, will be held at 1:00 PM on Saturday, March 21, 2026, at Vincent Funeral Home in Abbeville. The service will be officiated by Deacon William “Billy” Vincent. Kasie passed away on March 15, 2026, leaving behind a legacy of love and cherished memories.

Visitation will take place at Vincent Funeral Home, located at 209 S. Saint Charles Street in Abbeville, on Friday, March 20, 2026, from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM, with a rosary scheduled for 7:00 PM. Visitation will resume on Saturday from 8:00 AM until the time of the funeral service.

Kasie is lovingly remembered by her daughter, Ainsley Toups; her son, Brantley Duhon; her parents, Wayne and Beth Luquette, Sr., and Angela and Stanley Birdwell; her siblings, Logan and Victoria Boudreaux, Brendan Birdwell, Hunter and Haley Lange, and Wayne Luquette, Jr.; her grandmothers, Marybelle Luquette and Rachael Russell; her godchild, Lillian Boudreaux; and many aunts, uncles, and cousins.

She was preceded in death by Jasper and Brett Richardson; her grandfathers, Lester Luquette, Sr., and James Russell; and her grandmother, Ruby Underwood.

Kasie will be remembered for the love she shared with her family and the lasting impact she made on those who knew her. Her memory will continue to live on in the hearts of all who loved her.
